AKATIGA

AKATIGA Bandung is a non-profit organization, actively conducting various research since 1991. AKATIGA is devoted to become a leading research institution for marginal communities in Indonesia, through research activities, advocacy, and sharing knowledge. Through various programs, AKATIGA helps marginals in expanding their access toward sources and policy making processes, agriculture, development based on community, budgeting policy, and public services. AKATIGA is one research institutions in Indonesia who joined a program called Knowledge Sector Initiative (KSI) initiated by AusAID, whose purpose is to encourage policy making based on research.

Students will be involved in field research from on-going projects, collection of data from related courses and analyzing and interpreting data from the current reports. Students will be asked to present a research report on a particular project.
