- Payroll – To take care of employer’s payroll process. By handling the full process from A – Z, no more payroll dedicated staffs at your company is needed and can minimize the possibility of confidentiality leak issues at the same time.
- Recruitment – To recruit the best and potential people from a wide variety of industry which ranges from staff to the CEO level.
Requirements
This position is suited to undergraduate/graduate candidates, majoring in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, International Business, Information Technology or Design and Visual Communications. Minimum age requirement of 22 years old.
Intern Duties
Interns at Samakta Mitra will have the opportunity to be a part of the following duties:
- Big project: Renew our company website and company profile;
- Daily task: Assist Recruitment Manager / Specialist in finding CVs, inviting candidates, conducting pre interviews, etc;
- Reporting line: You will be reporting to Recruitment Manager while 2 of our Recruitment Specialist will be their individual mentor.
Work Hours
Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:30pm.
