In 2004 VPC Asia Pacific Ltd. (VPC Asia Pacific) unveiled its regional grouping of international property consultants and advisers with more than 35 offices and staff strength of over 450 people spread in 7 major countries in Asia Pacific namely Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. The VPC Asia Pacific network has meetings twice a year and refers clients and services to each other and all operating under the VPC brand.
In early July 2010, VPC Asia Pacific has entered into a strategic alliance and business relationship with Cluttons LLP, a leading UK Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants firm to promote cross border investments between Europe and Asia on behalf of our clients. Cluttons was founded in 1765, has 38 offices and 500 staff across offices in the UK, Europe, Middle East, South Africa and Caribbean. The alliance between Cluttons and VPC will enable VPC clients in Asia to benefit from the expertise and local property market knowledge of Cluttons in United Kingdom and Middle East, where Cluttons main strength is.
With our collaboration with Cluttons, VPC will be able to serve our clients to an international level, with our access to Clutton’s wide expertise and huge clientele base.
