Yayasan Cipta Mandiri (YCM) is a dynamic non-profit NGO which works to empower disadvantaged young people in Bogor, Indonesia, in order to have better lives and give positive impact to the communities.

Intern Duties
- Work with the leaders of YCM to conduct review of YCM programs and identify the needs to be addressed.
- Provide advises on strategic development and implementation of the youth development training programs
- Assist our leaders in mapping, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the programs as well as the system that already applied in YCM
- Conduct skillful workshops e.ag. English and communication skill
- Connecting the training programs of YCM to our social enterprise division
- Actively pursue external funding opportunities to implement activities, programs and events
- Actively produce publication material about the organisation and programs

Work Hours
Monday to Friday
9 am to 5 pm

Casual (e.g. Polo/t-shirt, jeans, cargo shorts, sport shoes or sandals)
